Steve Crawford, operating under the pseudonym Frederick Stevenson, is at the helm of this artisanal venture. Known for his minimalist approach to winemaking, Steve seeks out vineyards farmed with organic and sustainable practices, allowing the true expression of the terroir to shine through in every bottle.

Sourced from the esteemed Parish Hill vineyard in Uraidla, this Nero d'Avola undergoes a gentle process of destemming and fermentation on skins for just 6 days. It's then left for 12 months in a few-years-old foudre, preserving the wine's natural brightness and vitality.
