2022 Gilbert Picq Chablis

This fantastic entry point into Chablis comes from the Picq family, who call the small village Chichée home. Gilbert Picq and his children Didier, Pascal and Marilyn manage small, low-yielding plots across AC and 1er sites all across Chablis.

The family manages to retain beautiful delicacy and transparency in their wines, making them in a classic style with native yeast ferments and no oak in site.

This minimalistic approach produces crystal-clear wines such as this lovely example of AC Chablis.
