The Redbank Cabernet hails from much-revered vines dating back to the 1970s.

In the hands of Josh Cooper, these wines are re-living their hay day. He's coaxed all the density and structure that made the wines from this site such beauties for the cellar.

This is a claret of clarity and definition. Powerful but poised and perfectly judged in terms of tannin extraction by Cooper.
