2022 La Violetta Nova Syrova

We love the way Andrew (AJ) Hoadley thinks about wine.

The guy's creativity is so refreshing, he is almost pathologically incapable of making a 'conventional' wine, and for that, we salute him. This newest creation is the Nova Syrova, a delicious funky blend with a big whack of whole bunches included.

It's all about freshness and flavour for AJ - his wine begs to be drunk as soon as it arrives.
