2022 Quealy Turbul Friulano

Quealy owners Kathleen Quealy and Kevin McCarthy were pioneers of skin-contact white wines in this country. Son Tom has now taken the reigns amd is making a great fist of the style. The Turbul Friulano is one of the country's premier examples of skinsy winemaking with an Italian influence.

It's exotic and wild in flavour, but it's the texture and structure that defines this wine. In this way it shows more like a red - it's really quite powerful and grippy but delicious at the same time!

A great option for a dinner party wine to wow your friends with something different. Turbul is Friuli dialect for cloudy, to show off even more wine trivia.
