2022 Robert Weil Rheingau Riesling Trocken

The 2022 Trocken is sourced from Weil’s high, breezy vineyards around Kiedrich, including the stony slopes of Sandgrub and Wasseros. Fermented mostly in stainless steel with a small touch of large oak, it captures everything that makes Rheingau Riesling so distinctive - bright citrus and green apple, a whisper of spice, and that pure, slatey minerality that runs through the finish.
