2022 Saracco Moscato d’Asti 375ml

Moscato (aka Muscat) has a reputation for being sweet and a bit gluggy, whereas the team at Saracco have clearly prioritised freshness above all. This Moscato Bianco is also a world away from the Brown Muscat often used for Australian fortified.

A teaspoon of sugar backed up by a slap of acidity and low alcohol; An incredibly fine, delicate sparkling with stonefruit, citrus and mint making up the core flavours.
