Doradillo is a Spanish variety which is rarely seen in Australia. But trust the Yetti and the Kokonut lads to sniff some out and turn it into a beauty of a wine.

With a whopping four months on skins, the natural grip and chew of this variety has softened nicely leaving in its wake a slick of juicy, vibrant and exotic fruit.
