2023 Anne & Jean-Francois Ganevat L'Apero

The name leaves nothing to the imagination. This is the aperitif wine, made to be opened before dinner, or instead of it.

Riesling, made pét-nat: bottled mid-fermentation, naturally sparkling, 11% alcohol, unfiltered. Fine bubbles, citrus notes, clean and light on the palate.

It's the least serious thing Ganevat makes. That's entirely the point.

Chill it, open it, don't overthink it.
