2023 Billy Button The Groovy Gruner Veltliner

This infatuating white first came to be in 2018 when a small parcel of Gruner Veltliner fell into Jo's lap - and Jo's not one to turn away a stray variety.

Made with classic Billy Button simplicity and precision, it's filled with aromas of stone fruit, apples, white flowers and a subtle mineral hint of wet stone. Jo describes it as Riesling on steroids, and that pretty well sums it up.

It's tight and dry with smooth glassy texture and a sprinkling of spice.
