Sourced from the iconic V and A Lane vineyard, this wine showcases the classic depth and structure of Coonawarra Cabernet, but with a slightly modern touch that makes it deliciously approachable right away. Crafted using old-world methods—hand-picked fruit, indigenous yeast, and open fermentation—this wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal sulphur, ensuring a true reflection of the vineyard and vintage.

The nose is brimming with rich black fruits and that unmistakable hint of green that speaks to its Coonawarra roots. Yet, the Burchells have dialed back the intensity just enough to let the wine’s natural freshness shine through, resulting in a medium to full-bodied wine that feels both robust and refined.
