The Macclesfield range from Longview are all small-batch crafted wines made to highlight the unique climate and landscape of Macclesfield in the Adelaide Hills.

The Gruner Veltliner in the range is from 11 year old vines, harvested at the ultimate balance of flavour and natural acid. They use only the juice, but add some lees back in to build texture and roundness in the final wine.

It comes out filled with apples, grapefruit, spice and herbaceous hits with a lovely texture, with a dry finish. Bright and lively stuff.
