Made mostly from Garganega (with a splash of Trebbiano), it’s built for freshness and flavour – pale and vibrant, with stone fruit, citrus, a whisper of almond and a subtle dusty mineral groove that just works. It ferments in stainless steel and hangs out on its lees for a few months to gain a little texture without losing its bounce.
