2023 Sabi Wabi Bright Eyes Chardonnay

The Sabi Wabi Bright Eyes Chardonnay is a bright and flavoursome wine that doesn't mind being called "natural" as it's just so fresh and yummy.

Coming from an elevated vineyard with lovely views of the Hunter Valley, this Chardonnay is energetic with its core of almost boundless acidity. Malolactic fermentation delivers some creaminess, while the lack of oak helps to keep the focus on the fruit.

Incredibly bright and full of life, there's so much zing and lemony goodness that it's the kind of wine you can sip, guzzle or pair with a wide range of dishes.
