Ten days of carbonic maceration (where intact berries are sealed in a tank with dry ice, creating an oxygen-free environment) has created a wine that positively sings in the glass. There's no oak used at all in the process, with each stage carried out in stainless.

Bright and merry characters of strawberries, cherries, blueberries, confectionery and herbs, combined with zingy acidity, make for a fun wine that really is far too easy to drink, so grab two bottles just in case.
