A fascinating, joyful, light-medium-bodied red wine here from the volcanic soils of the Itata Hills in the south of Chile.

Geologist extraordinaire-turned-winemaker, Leonardo Erazo, uses organic vineyard practices and natural winemaking to bring the unique terroir he farms to life.

This Pais is tremendous value. Think of it as something like a Cru Beaujolais that has been to the gym. It's ripped with crunchy, slatey, crushed-rock tannin but the fruit is so bright and vibrant that it'll suck you back to the glass again and again.

This is such a fun and interesting thing to drink.
