2024 Anne & Jean-Francois Ganevat Colline des Dames

"Colline des Dames" means Hill of the Ladies, and with Anne Ganevat's name now sitting alongside Jean-François on the label, this cuvée feels like something of a tribute.

The Pinot Noir is sourced from certified organic growers in Alsace, then brought back to Rotalier for the Ganevat treatment: semi-carbonic maceration, old foudres, no additions, no filtration.

The result is light, pretty, and built for exactly the kind of afternoon you don't want to overthink. Fresh cherry and raspberry, rose petal florals, a silky texture with just enough mineral tension to keep it interesting.

Serve it slightly chilled. Drink it soon and often.
