Gamay from Fleurie, one of Beaujolais' most celebrated crus, blended with Pinot Noir sourced from Alsace. Two grapes from two regions, both treated to cold semi-carbonic maceration and ten months in large wooden tanks.

Fleurie Gamay brings the florals and the juice. The Pinot Noir brings structure and a little more weight. Together they make something that doesn't really need an explanation beyond: it's very good, it's very easy, and you'll want more of it.

Red cherry, raspberry, a whisper of spice. Smooth and energetic, the way the best natural reds tend to be.

The name is characteristically cryptic. The wine is anything but.
