2024 Babo Chianti

The Babo Chianti is smashable Sangiovese 101 at a very fair price. 

Highly-regarded Tasmanian winemaker Justin Bubb traveks to Italy to make this delicious Chianti - one of the few to be bottled under screw cap and retain all that lovely purity and freshness.

This freshness and juiciness is a result of half of the wine seeing carbonic maceration. Filled with cherry, earthiness and that classic savoury Sangiovese finish, it's a cracker wine for when you're feeling a little Italianate.
