2024 Small Island Riesling

Small Island might be best known for their Pinots, but they’ve quietly been making some cracking Riesling too. The fruit for the 2024 comes from cool-climate sites that ripen slowly, locking in plenty of natural acidity and flavour.

This is Riesling made with a light touch – all about freshness and purity rather than fancy winemaking tricks. It’s bright, citrusy and super clean, with that crisp finish that makes you want another glass straight away.

Perfect as an aperitif, but it’s got the crunch and drive to handle seafood, spicy dishes or anything that needs a squeeze of lemon. Easy to enjoy now, though a couple of years in the bottle will bring out a little extra complexity if you like your Riesling with some age.
