Sourced from Stefano Lubiana’s estate vineyards in the Derwent Valley – all certified biodynamic – this is a wine that brings together serious farming with a genuinely delicious, easygoing style.

The 2024 season gave lower yields and plenty of concentration, but the hallmark here is still elegance. Wild fermented, matured in older oak, and bottled without any bells and whistles, it’s made to showcase purity of fruit and a strong sense of place. No overworking, no heavy oak – just a seamless, aromatic Pinot with gentle spice, red fruit and soft tannins tying it all together.
