2025 Scorpo Aubaine Chardonnay

The Aubaine is Scorpo’s most accessible Chardonnay - an easy choice for midweek drinking that still carries all the hallmarks of the Mornington Peninsula and Paul Scorpo’s deft touch.

Made from estate-grown fruit, it’s bright and pure on the nose with notes of white peach, juicy pear, green apple and a hint of spice. The palate opens lean and citrus-driven, before softening into melon and vanilla tones that add weight without losing freshness. There’s a gentle grip and that chalky, dry finish that ties all of Scorpo’s Chardonnays together.
