Sourced from a 15-butt solera (that is very small for sherry bodegas!), in La Guita, in the ancient heart of Sanlucar de Barrameda, that was begun in 1986 and barely touched since.
Copper-coloured, intensely intense, salty as f*** but broad and textural.
