Amelie Guillot may have been born and grew up in Burgundy, but it's the neighbouring Jura region that she regularly frequented and fell in love during her winemaking studies, culminating in her buying two hectares of 40 years old vines in Molamboz, about 10 km from Arbois, back in 1995.
The Domaine has remained almost the same for decades and it is living proof that producing great wines does not require luxurious cellars!
This is a lovely Cremant wine made from Arbois-grown Chardonnay, full oif zest and personality, and is the perfect alternative to increasingly expensive Champagne!
