NV Gosset Grande Reserve

We've long admired Gosset's main wine, its Grand Reserve, and not just for the excellent price point. It's a quality wine full of brioche and toasty richness, while remaining dry and cleansing.

There's roughly equal amounts of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with about 10% Pinot Meunier included. Four years of ageing on its yeast lees in bottle, and about 8gms of dosage added at bottling.

Since nicely in the middle of the Champagne spectrum between tart and aperitif, and rich and oaky, and is a please-everyone celebration wine.
