Sourced from biodynamically-grown Chardonnay from the slopes south of Epernay, Aurelien Laherte has crafted an intense, bell-ringer of a Champagne.
There is no-dosage but this isn't an acid bomb - it is fruit-rich, with a chalky undertone, and even a touch of fennelly spice on the finish. Based on 2016 vintage but with a large percentage of reserve wine in the blend.
Left us High and Dry, as Radiohead and Different Drop might sing, but we croon in happiness.
